Afton grew up in California before making her way to Texas in 2008. She is a proud UH graduate and loves supporting the Houston Cougars. She met her husband Eric in 2010 and has been with him (for the most part) ever since. Their family consists of 4 dogs and a cat, which is known as the Nicks Piks Animal Kingdom. Her professional background mainly was within oil and gas - until she decided to become a pickle entrepreneur!
